[KUALA LUMPUR, 11 JULY 2023]: A Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) between NCIA and Rand Group Malaysia was signed on 11 July 2023, signifying further collaboration to bring more foreign direct investment (FDI) to Malaysia. The first collaboration between NCIA and RAND Group has been achieved through the promotion of Chuping Valley Industrial Area (CVIA) in the Asia-Pacific Economic Review (APER) Magazine.

 

Rand Development Sdn Bhd is a Premier Integrated Real Estate Development Company under Rand Group Malaysia. Established in 1994, Rand Group Malaysia has been involved in a wide array of business interests that include international trading, garment and textile manufacturing, real estate development, infrastructure construction and entrepreneurship education (Embroidery Industry) as well as tourism for the past 29 years. CVIA will continue to evolve, which is expected to attract more foreign investors, further strengthening its position as a prominent industrial hub in the region and increasing the inflow of FDI in driving economic growth, creating employment opportunities and promoting industrial diversification.
