• Since 2015, he was instrumental to the Rand Group’s expansion into the Real Estate Industry.

• Co – Founded MKN Consult International Sdn. Bhd. and served as the Director and COO of MKN.

• Marcus was the Corporate and Finance Director of Melawing (KL) Group of Companies, a leading Real Estate Development Company in Malaysia. Melawing (KL) Group of Companies have the necessary expertise and over 40 years of experience and background developing numerous large – scale integrated townships, mixed development projects and hotel and resorts in Malaysia with a total Gross Development Value of RM 1.14 Billion.

• Prior to joining the Rand Group, Marcus was a Management Consultant attached to the Strategy and Operations division in KPMG.

• He has accumulated vast experiences in advising and developing strategies for corporations and Government – Linked Agencies.

• He has contributed to the planning and materialization of an eco-focused industrial park located at the northern region of Malaysia.

• Marcus has worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Nova Capital Partners, which is a boutique investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

• He is well versed with Real Estate Development, Asset Management, project deal structuring, equity research and public relations.

• Obtained Master of Science in Management (Concentration: Finance) from University College London (UCL), UK with a Distinction.

• Obtained Bachelor of Science in Economics (Concentration: Finance) from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, USA.
