Ir. Tay is the Owner and Developer of a Boutique Hotel located in Labuan, East Malaysia.

Ir. Tay is also well versed with Real Estate and Oil & Gas Development and Construction.

Prior to joining the Development Industry, Ir. Tay has been involved in the Oil & Gas industry for more than 36 years.

Ir. Tay  is experienced in the engineering and project management in ship building, offshore platform fabrication, T/I, commissioning, subsea pipeline fabrication & T/I, onshore chemical plant fabrication/installation/commissioning.

Ir. Tay had worked in various senior positions & capacities in engineering/project management in major companies such as Sabah Shipyard, MMC Oil & Gas Engineering, Murphy Sarawak Oil and Dialog Upstream.

Ir. Tay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University, United Kingdom. 

Ir. Tay has been conferred and recognized as the “Ir” or Ingenieur by the Board of Engineering, Malaysia for his ability and experiences in achieving the highest professional standards in the Construction and Engineering Industry.
